Taiwan Program

Adoption Choices of Colorado is a licensed, not-for-profit child placement agency that is currently developing a program that will place, or assist in placing, adoptable children from Taiwan with approved adoptive families in the United States. Children of all ages, including infants, toddlers, and older children are available for adoption. Children with special needs, including sibling groups, may also be available for adoption. On average, it takes about six to eighteen months for a referral once a potential adoptive family's initial application is sent. Typically, a birth mother chooses the adoptive family after looking at several picture profiles and letters. Prospective adoptive parents must be American citizens. Married couple are preferred; however a single parent may be accepted for some children, usually older children, or children with special needs. Prospective single parents must be at least (25) years of age. Applicants for infants should be under 45 years of age and married at least five years. If you would like to have your name put on a list to receive more information, as well as an application packet for our Taiwan program, please contact Adoption Choices of Colorado at 303-670-4401, or email us at adoptioninfo@adoptionchoices.org
