packet and contacts you regarding any missing items or information that she may need.
3. Adoption Choices of Colorado shows your pictures and letter to birth mothers,
once they have signed a statement of intention to place their child for adoption with our office. Usually
three or four applicant profiles are presented to each birth mother.
4. You are chosen! You sign a contract and then send the total estimated amount of
your adoption fees, expenses, and costs, which will be deposited into the agency escrow account. If your
birth mother lives in the State of Colorado, you will come to Evergreen, Colorado for your interview with
the Child Placement Supervisor, and to meet your birth mother. Keep in touch with us and with your birth
mother throughout the pregnancy. If you have not already done so, begin looking for an attorney in your
area to handle finalization of your adoption.
