for Adoptive Parents

Please send in your application and profile book (3 – 5 copies) along with the following:

Our Executive Director will review your application packet and contact you regarding any missing items or information that may be needed to complete your file.
Adoption Choices of Colorado shows your profile book to birth mothers, once they have signed a statement of intention to place their child for adoption with our agency. Usually three or four profiles are presented to each birth mother.
When you are chosen by a birth mother, you will sign a contract and send the total estimated amount of your adoption fees, expenses, and costs, which will be deposited into the agency escrow account. If the birth mother of your baby lives in the State of Colorado, you will come to the agency in Evergreen for your interview with the Child Placement Supervisor.
